Do you have a showroom?

No! We are an online retailer which means because we dont have to pay out overheads on a showroom, we can pass these savings on to you!

So if your based online how do i see a sample of a the blind?

Thats easy! On our website you have the option to order a sample which is posted to you so you can make sure you like the blind before you buy!

How accurate are the pictures on your website? What if i order my blind and dont like it?

To make sure you get the product you love then order a FREE sample first and check it out! The pictures and imagery on our website are the best possible representation of the products we sell.

I have never measured blinds before, is it easy?

We think so! On our website we have comprehensive measuring and fitting guides which you can refer to for measuring and even installing your blinds when they arrive!

Ive never used tools before, let alone fot a blind, will I be able to fit them once i have placed an order?

We have comprehensive fitting guides available for you to follow to make fitting your blinds a doddle! However, if you are unsure then maybe consider enlisting the help of a handy man or competent person to install them for you!

My blinds have arrived and they are great! Can I leave you a review?

Yes you can! We would love that. You can post reviews on Google and tag us in posts on Facebook and also Instagram if you like!

How long will my blinds take to be delivered?

We have a fast track option so you can have your blinds delivered in 5 working days. Standard waiting times can be upto 14 days.

My blinds have taken longer than expected to be delivered, why?

We try to ensure that every order reaches our customers on time, but from time to time and especially during the pandemic slight deliays are unavoidable. So we thank you for your patience during this difficult time. If you require an update please dont hesitate to contact one of our helpful UK based advisors on sales@myblindsonline.co.uk quoting your order reference number. We will endeavour to get back to you ASAP.

My blinds have been damaged in transit and I need a replacement, what do I do?

In the extremely rare event of your blinds being damaged in transit contact one of our UK based advisors in our aftercare centre on sales@myblindsonline.co.uk quoting your orde reference number and we will organise a collection and replacement for you free of charge! Please note blinds can only be replaced like for like and in the same sizes for replacements.

Are my blinds gauranteed?

Yes! your blinds come with a comprehensive 3 year gaurantee on manufacturers defects. User misuse or accidental user damage is not covered.

Can I return my blinds if I dont like them?

Unfortunately not. All our products are made to measure. This means they are bespoke and made especially for your windows so we cannot accept returns. Make sure to make full use of the FREE samples we offer.

How can I pay?

We offer a range of online payment methods including; Visa, Paypal, and most major credit cards.

Do you offer finance?

We dont offer finance, however, you are able to purchase your blinds on a credit card if you wish to do so.

Ive ordered my blinds but I want to change something or order something else instead, can I change my order?

We will endeavor to help with any changes and deal with such requests, but if the blinds are already in production we will be unable to alter, ammend or change your order.

I have ordered my blinds the wrong size, can I change them?

Unfortunately not. All our products are made to measure. This means they are bespoke and made especially for your windows so we cannot accept returns.
